Bernauer sehen Defizite bei der Ortsgestaltung, Verkehr und Wohnen
Vor allem im Bereich Ortsgestaltung und Verkehr sowie Bauen und Wohnen sehen die Bernauer und Hittenkirchner Handlungs- und Verbesserungsbedarf. Das geht aus einer Bürgerumfrage von Bürgermeisterkandidatin Irene Biebl-Daiber und ihrem Team der CSU Bernau-Hittenkirchen hervor, an der sich rund 200 Personen jeden Alters beteiligt haben. Folgende Bereiche liegen den Bürgerinnen und Bürgern besonders am Herzen:

Erinnerung als Quelle der Erneuerung
Klare Worte fand CSU-Ortsvorsitzende und Bürgermeisterkandidatin Irene Biebl-Daiber in ihrem kommunalpolitischen Ausblick beim Neujahrsempfang. Die Ansiedlung der neuen Gewerbebetriebe in der Chiemseestraße sei sehr begrüßenswert. Gleichzeitig müsse aber auch klar sein, dass die Schaffung von Arbeitsplätzen in Bernau die angespannte Wohnungssituation noch mehr verschärfen könne. „Für die Bernauerinnen und Bernauer müssen Möglichkeiten geschaffen werden, hier zu bleiben, wenn sie hierbleiben wollen“, so Biebl-Daiber.
Insgesamt rund 75 interessierte Bernauerinnen und Bernauer haben sich bei den historischen Adventsspaziergängen in der Ortsmitte und am Chiemseeufer mit den beiden Altbürgermeistern Klaus Daiber und Lorenz Steindlmüller und Bürgermeisterkandidatin Irene Biebl-Daiber und ihrem Team auf den Weg gemacht.

CSU stellt Gemeinderatsliste auf – Biebl-Daiber: „Das Beste für Bernau erreichen“
Mit einer ausgewogenen Liste aus engagierten jungen und erfahrenen Kandidatinnen und Kandidaten geht die CSU Bernau-Hittenkirchen in die Kommunalwahlen im kommenden März. Kein Stuhl war mehr frei – so viele Mitglieder und Unterstützer waren zur Aufstellungsversammlung für die Gemeinderatsliste ins Café Rothenwallner am Bahnhof gekommen. Sichtlich zufrieden und stolz stellte Bürgermeisterkandidatin und CSU-Ortsvorsitzende Irene Biebl-Daiber ihr Team vor: „Ich freue mich, mit so vielen engagierten, angesehenen und dynamischen Kandidaten in den Kommunalwahlkampf 2020 zu ziehen.“
CSU im Dialog – Großer Diskussionsbedarf zum Thema Priener Straße/ Egartnerstraße

Die Plätze im Wintergarten des Restaurants Sportiv reichten diesmal zum ersten Mal gar nicht mehr aus. Orts- und Fraktionsvorsitzende Irene Biebl-Daiber zeigte sich äußerst erfreut über diese positive Entwicklung.
